Reskins to the redesign's warm/olive design system (Archivo + IBM Plex Mono, bespoke CSS, drops Bootstrap). New top bar with tenant + Zeitraum range picker, searchable employee sidebar with avatars + status dots, employee header, Übersicht/Stundenzettel tabs. Stundenzettel restyled + driven by the shared range picker; Übersicht is a phase-1 placeholder. Auth + working_time logic preserved.
