Feat: Implement Usercentrics CMP and Google Ads tracking 2d40cbfbfb

Adds scripts for Usercentrics and Google Ads conversion tracking. The old cookie notice has been disabled by commenting it out.

fix: Implement Google Consent Mode v2 4c5ef30d40

Implements the required default consent state for Google Consent Mode to fix the broken conversion tracking.

Previously, the GTM and Google Ads tags were loaded without a default consent state being set. This created a race condition with the Usercentrics CMP, causing consent signals to be read incorrectly and blocking conversion events.

This change introduces a script block that sets the default consent for ad_storage, analytics_storage, etc., to 'denied' before any Google tags are initialized. This ensures compliance and allows the CMP to correctly update the consent state upon user interaction, re-enabling conversion tracking.
